Town of Groton Town Board Notice of Public Hearing Cable Television Franchise Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Groton, NY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, starting at 8:00 pm, the Town Board of the Town of Groton will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall located at 101 Conger Boulevard, Groton, New York for the purpose of review and potential approval of the Cable Television Franchise Agreement requested by Spectrum Northeast, LLC. At the time and place of the public hearing the Town Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from the public. Any individual with visual, hearing, or other impairments or disabilities that require assistance, or to submit written statements, should contact the Town Clerk, Robin Cargian at (607) 898-5035 at least 48 hours before the time of the Public Hearing.
