Town of Groton Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Groton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing and meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of addressing a variance application submitted by Barrett Holmgren of 651 Lick St. in the Town of Groton, Tax Map # 20.-1-46.12. Mr. Holmgren is seeking to install freestanding residential solar panels, 29' from the side lot line and 150' from the center of the road. The application may be reviewed online at www.towngrotonny.gov.
