Sealed bids will only be accepted at the Town Clerk's Department, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458 for:
YOUTH CAMP TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ITB # PR 2026-03
Until 1:00 PM., Local Time, November 5, 2025 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Community Room #108, adjacent to Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in accessible electronic format, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as:

The general nature and scope of this project is:
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified, safe, and reputable contractor who has the resources and experience to provide safe, air-conditioned charter bus transportation services to the Town of Jupiter Youth Summer Day Camp offered over two (2) months during the School District of Palm Beach County summer break and on periodically scheduled individual School's Out Camps offered throughout the year.
Bid Documents will be available on October 14, 2025 through Open Bids-DemandStar at www.demandstar.com for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter.
All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Kevin Adams, Recreation Supervisor, in writing by email (kevinad@jupiter.fl.us) with the Project Name in the subject of the email. Clarification and changes to the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through www.demandstar.com.
