Town of Kennebunkport Public Hearing Notice Proposed Amendment to Chapter 160-10, Unlawful parking, of the General Ordinances The Town of Kennebunkport Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Village Fire Station on the following proposed amendment to the Kennebunkport ordinance – Part 1 General Ordinances, Article II Traffic and Parking Control, Chapter 160-10, A Unlawful Parking. (8) Parked in a restricted area- meaning the stopping, standing, or parking of a vehicle in any location where parking is limited or prohibited by official traffic control devices, including but not limited to signs, pavement markings, channelizing devices, barricades, cones, temporary traffic control devices, or other devices used to regulate, warn, or guide traffic.
