Request for Qualifications and Proposal for Construction Management Risk Services
Fire & Rescue Station Building
The Town of North Berwick, Maine is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to provide a new Fire and Rescue Station. The Construction Manager at Risk (CM) responsibilities will include providing pre-construction estimating, coordination of project costs, and constructability services and full management of the construction process including bidding of construction documents to pre-qualified subcontractors, on site construction management services, and final close out of the project.
Qualified Construction Managers at Risk are being invited to participate in this selection process. Each is expected to prepare a written statement of qualifications in response to this RFQ/RFP to be submitted by email to Dwayne Morin no later than Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m Submittals shall include (4) four bound copies, (1) one unbound copy, and (1) one electronic PDF copy on a thumb drive. Submittals may be hand delivered or delivered by mail or courier to the town offices below. The applicant assumes full responsibility to ensure delivery on time. Submittals received after that date and time will be returned unopened. Clearly mark the cover of the submittals with the words "Response to North Berwick Fire & Rescue Station RFQ/RFP." Interested parties shall send email to jason@portcityarch of Port City Architecture by July 5, 2026 to indicate firm's interest to submit and that the contact information submitted is where you would like to receive any additional information shared.
