Town of Paris Bid Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Paris, Oneida County, New York sealed bids for the Ice Control Material plus or minus 9000 tons. Will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Paris at the Town Hall, 2580 Sulphur Springs Road, Sauquoit, New York 13456. Bid specs may be picked up at the Town Clerk's office until January 13th, 2026. Bids will be accepted until January 13th, 2026 at 4p.m. at the Town Hall. Bids will be opened and read aloud on January 13th, 2026 at 5:00PM at the Regular Town Board meeting at the Town Hall, Sulphur Springs Road, Sauquoit, NY. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder. The contract for the above item shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion.
