Town of Plainfield – Recommendation to Award a Public-Private Agreement Innovation Park Infrastructure Improvements BOT Program: Pursuant to I.C. 5-23-5-9 the Town of Plainfield has scheduled a Public Hearing on the recommendation to award a public-private agreement for the Innovation Park Infrastructure Improvements BOT Program on July 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM (local time) at the Plainfield Government Center, 206 W Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168. The Public-Private Agreement includes collaboration during design development and construction drawing preparation to develop, construct, operate, and maintain improvements to its public infrastructure including roadway and stormwater improvements, water system improvements, and wastewater system improvements which are to be developed on behalf of the Town of Plainfield. The recommendation is to award a Public-Private Agreement to Bowen Engineering Corporation.
