Town of Princeton Joint Public Hearing Notice Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (D), the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of Nichole Pelonzi applying for a Special Permit seeking relief from front setback requirements and Site Plan Review to construct a covered deck to the dwelling located at 289 Sterling Rd, Assessors map #13.0, Lot 25. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
