A Public hearing will be held on Tuesday June 23rd, at 8:00pm., in the Municipal Office Building, Poland, to consider the following application for a variance to the Land Use Regulation. Application #LUP4-2026 by Louis Cavallaro, property located at 9381 State Route 28, Poland, NY. Mr. Cavallaro would like to demolish his current garage and build a new one that is bigger. The new garage would have a side setback of 13' 3" which would not meet the side setback of 50 feet per Section 440, Schedule B of the Land Use Regulations and is seeking a Variance. The above application is open to inspection at the Municipal Office Building, 8916 N. Main Street, Poland, NY.
