A Public hearing will be held on Tuesday June 23rd, at 7:00pm., in the Municipal Office Building, Poland, to consider the following application for a variance to the Land Use Regulation. Application #LUP3-2026 by Sara Sergott, property located at 9573 State Route 28, Poland, NY. Mrs. Sergott would like to split her property which will leave 1 parcel with only 158.64 feet of road frontage. Current Regulations require 300' road frontage per Section 440, Schedule B of the Land Use Regulations and is seeking a Variance. The above application is open to inspection at the Municipal Office Building, 8916 N. Main Street, Poland, NY.
