Town of Webster Planning Board Public Hearing Notice In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Section 650-53, the Webster Planning Board will hold a public meeting Site Plan Approval Application for a used car sales lot, service for the on-site car sales, and sales office to be located at 56 Main Street (Assessor ID I-X-11-0). The application was submitted by Ahmad Rachid, 72 West Dudley Road, Dudley, MA (Applicant) and Rania Joudy, 72 West Dudley Road, Dudley, MA (Owners). Said site is located in a Business (B4) zoning district. The public meeting will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA.
