Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Section 650-53, the Webster Planning Board will hold a public meeting Site Plan Approval Application for a used car sales lot, service for the on-site car sales, and sales office to be located at 56 Main Street (Assessor ID I-X-11-0). The application was submitted by Ahmad Rachid, 72 West Dudley Road, Dudley, MA (Applicant) and Rania Joudy, 72 West Dudley Road, Dudley, MA (Owners). Said site is located in a Business (B4) zoning district.
The public meeting will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA. Anyone interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
