Town of Webster Planning Board Public Hearing Notice In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 41 Sections 81K - 81GG the Webster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Definitive Subdivision Application, 70 Gore Road, "Spaulding Way" Webster, MA (Assessor IDs 75-B-2-0, 75-C-2-0, 75-C-3-0). The application was submitted by Webster Ventures, LLC, MA (Applicant) and Nicholas Hopkins (Representative). Site is located in both a Lake Residential (LR) and in the Lake Watershed Protection (LWP) zoning districts. The public hearing will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA.
