Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Section 650-28, the Webster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on a Special Permit application for the demolition of an existing single-family house and the construction of a new single-family house, located at 11 Pavilion Ave Assessor ID 57_B_28_0. The application was submitted by John Cody, 1623 Route 171 Woodstock Valley, CT, (Applicant/Owner) and Adam Hunt, Guerriere & Halnon. 333 West Street, Milford, MA (Representative). Said site is located in the Lake Residential (LR) and Lake Watershed Protection (LWP) zoning districts.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA. Anyone interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
