Township of Brick Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Township of Brick Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey.
At said hearing, application will be made by Thomas and Jaclyn Murray for variance relief for property located at 152 Bonnie Lane, Brick, New Jersey, also known as Block 869.25, Lot 5, on the official Tax Map of the Township of Brick and briefly described as a single family home. The applicants propose to install a 6-foot vinyl fence for privacy.
At the hearing the applicant intends to request the following variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70 section 245-33 of the Township code requires a 6-foot fence to be setback minimum 15-feet from the second frontage property line on Bonnie Court. A setback 0-feet is proposed. As well as such other relief as the Board may deem necessary for this application.
Copies of application, pictures, plot plan, fence example and survey and related documents are on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) at the office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing and be heard.
