Township of Delran Zoning Board Public Notice Take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of the Township of Delran, Burlington County, New Jersey, for variances from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a detached garage at the property known as 317 Juniata Avenue, Block 32, Lot 6, Delran Township, New Jersey. The applicant requests a bulk variance from § 355-18I(1)(a) to permit a detached garage of 1,200 square feet where a maximum of 600 square feet is otherwise permitted, a bulk variance from § 355-18I(9) to permit side and rear yard setbacks of 6 feet where a minimum of 15 feet is required, and such other variances or relief as may be necessary to approve the proposed construction.
