Township of Hazlet Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Construction Services for Hazlet Township Recreation Building The Township of Hazlet as Member of the Sourcewell National Cooperative Purchase-Agreement dated January 10, 2022, by Resolution #54 and intends to participate in Sourcewell Contract #110822-BSC for the purchase of the above referenced services, Date of Contract Effective: January 9, 2023 Expires: January 6, 2027 Information regarding the contract may be found at the Hazlet Township Administration Office during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. As well as on the Hazlet Township website www.hazlettwp.org . Township of Hazlet has the intent to make the contract award to BlueScope Construction pursuant to the quote submitted in response to the Sourcewell Request for Proposals. The Township of Hazlet is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). The comment period ends at the end of February 27, 2026.
