ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Application No. 35-2025-Z on behalf of the Applicants/property owners has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Old Bridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey for D(4) Variance for approval to permit a 2nd story addition (854 sq. ft.) that increases the total floor area ratio to a 26.56% (3.453.25 SF), where a maximum of 21% (2,730) is permitted and waivers for Environmental Impact Statement, Community Impact Statement, Traffic Impact, Aquifer Recharge Assessment, Storm Water Report and key map at scale of 1"-800' and such other variances, waivers, and/or exceptions that may be required, pursuant to the terms of the Land Development Ordinance for the premises located at 11 Mountbatten Drive, which premises is known as Lot 14, Block 1303.16 on the tax map of the Township of Old Bridge and located in an R30 Zone.
This application is now on the Board's calendar, and a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Municipal Building, One Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge, New Jersey, at which time you may appear in person, or by attorney, to present any objections which you may have to the granting of this application.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such other bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Division of Planning and are available for public inspection. Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
