PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Pennsauken granted approval to 4902 Westfield Ave. Realty LLC for a Change of Use from a Large Drugstore (dormant) to a Retail Discount General Merchandise Store, a permitted use in Zone C-1 Commercial, together with minor site plan approval, and such bulk variances, development standard/design waivers, submission waivers and other relief as the Planning Board deemed appropriate at the hearing on the application on February 3, 2026, regarding the store on the property located at 4902 Westfield Ave., Tax Map Plate 8, Block 810, Lot 11, Pennsauken Township. A public meeting was held on February 24, 2026 and formal Resolution # P-2026-3 was adopted by the Board. Said Resolution is on file at the Township Municipal Building, 2400 Merchantville Ave., Pennsauken, NJ 08110, 856-665-1000, and is available for inspection during normal business hours. This Notice is given pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
