Township of Riverside Notice and Certification of Pending Ordinances The Ordinances, the summaries and terms of which are included herein, were introduced and passed upon first reading at a Regular Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Riverside, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, on November 17, 2025. These Ordinances will be further considered for final passage, after a public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Governing Body to be held at the Riverside Township Municipal Building, 1 W. Scott Street in the Township of Riverside on December 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full Ordinances will be available at no cost and during the regular business hours at the Municipal Clerk's Office for the members of the general public who shall request the same. The summaries and terms of such Ordinances are as follows: Title 2025 - #16 entitled, "AMENDING AND/OR SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 202 ARTICLE 1 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE ENTITLED "GENERAL FEES" Purpose::This Ordinance amends and/or supplements various fees. Title: 2025-#17 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 255 OF THE CODES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RIVERSIDE REGULATING LAND DEVELOPMENT" Purpose: This Ordinance amends and/or supplements the regulations of the Historic Preservation Commission regarding definitions as well as prohibited actions on facades of building within the Historic District. Furthermore, regulations regarding Off-Street Parking and Loading are amended. Title: 2025-#18 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RIVERSIDE, IN THE COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, AND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, FOR THE YEAR 2026."
