TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held before the Township of Tabernacle Land Development Board on Wednesday April 1, 2026, at 7:00 pm EST., in the Emergency Services Building located at 134 New Road, Tabernacle, New Jersey 08088, to consider an Application regarding the above described property. Owner seeks approval and relief from the Township ordinances to construct a pole barn on his property.
In order to accomplish this, the owner seeks variances including but not limited to (1) maximum height variance, (2) a minimum side yard setback, (3) a minimum rear yard setback, and (4) any other relief the Board deems necessary. Maps and documents relating to this matter will be available for public inspection ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, during normal business hours, through the Board Secretary of the Land Development Board, within the Construction Office of Tabernacle Township.
If you wish to make a statement or offer evidence concerning this application, you must appear in person at the hearing or through an attorney or agent. The Land Development Board cannot accept petitions or letters, and must rely on live testimony.
