Tri County Technology Center - Emergency Services Classroom Building NOTICE TO BIDDERS AC Owen Construction, hereinafter called the (CM) Construction Manager, will receive sealed bids at Tri County Technology Center, 6101 S.E. Nowata Rd., Bartlesville, OK 74006, Washington County at 2:00 PM CST, Thursday April 2, 2026. The project shall be constructed per the drawings and specifications prepared by KKT Architects and shall consist of furnishing materials and labor to construct the project as follows: Tri County Technology Center – Bartlesville Campus Emergency Services Classroom Building The Sealed Bid Envelope shall be plainly marked and addressed as follows: (If bidding more than one bid package, each bid has to be in a separate envelope with all required forms. See bid proposal form for all required forms to be included in the sealed bid envelope) Tri County Technology Center Emergency Services Classroom Building Please coordinate Site Visits with the Construction Manager. All sealed bids will be received at the Tri County Technology Center Osage Room in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 2:00pm, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids will be taken under review/studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after this time or more than ninety six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of the bids, will not be accepted. No bids may be submitted, changed or withdrawn within 30 days after the time of the opening of the bids. Pursuant to Title 61 "Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974". AC Owen Construction Company and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid/bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. The Tri County Technology Center Bartlesville Campus Plans & Specifications prepared by KKT Architects for the Emergency Services Classroom Building including Bid Packages prepared by AC Owen Construction are available for review at the following plan rooms: AC Owen Office, and Bid News/Isqft. Plans & Specifications (maximum 2 sets) may be obtained from ARC Document Solutions in Tulsa, OK at sub-contractors expense or in the offices of AC Owen Construction starting on March 12th, 2026 for a $100 refundable deposit per set when the documents are returned in good/usable condition within one week of the bid date.
