Truckee Meadows WRF Dewatering Facility Project – Early Procurement PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/OBE/ Subs & Suppliers to bid the Truckee Meadows WRF Dewatering Facility Project in Reno, NV for the City of Reno. Early Procurement Scope and Description: Proposals to supply the Dewatered Sludge Storage & Load Out System, Dewatered Sludge Pumping System and Electrical Equipment as described in the RFP documents (bid packages, design specifications & drawings and references within). The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new municipal sewage sludge dewatering facility located within an existing City of Reno water reclamation facility parcel (APN:021-020-02 – 8500 Clean Water Way, Reno, NV 89502). The new TMWRF Dewatering Facility shall include sludge dewatering centrifuges, dewatered sludge cake silos, cake pumps, chemical tanks, electrical appurtenances, instrumentation and controls, and other ancillary equipment and support facilities and utilities. Site improvements will include potholing, trenching, excavation, grading, utility relocation, utility installation, and other ancillary site work as necessary to complete the project.
