Thomas, C. E., July 16, 1889, for J.L. Whatley, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County Georgia, Book of Deeds 6-O, Page 224, said Map now being recorded in Historical Map Book Two(2), Page 3. Said lots being also shown on a map or plan of said subdivision recorded in the Clerk's Office aforesaid, Book of Deeds 7-A, Page 348. This being the same property conveyed to George Barnum Pritchard by Joseph L. Whatley, dated August 7, 1891, recorded in Deed Book 7-A, Page 226, aforesaid records. The property being conveyed being a portion of the property conveyed to John A.
