Please meet at the east side of the parking lot near the closed bridge. Trades must have experience with projects of a similar scope, equal size and complexity. Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory for bid package #31 Earthwork . All others are strongly encouraged to attend. Parking- on-site parking is limited.
