PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Union City Zoning Board at the Union City High School, 2500 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Union City, New Jersey on the application of the undersigned for site plan and variance relief to legalize a one-bedroom apartment in the basement of an existing two-family dwelling and construct a rear addition; there will be a total of three units. The Applicant seeks a d(1) use variance, along with bulk "c" variances as to minimum side yards, maximum impervious coverage, and off-street parking, as well as any other relief, exceptions, waivers, permits and/or approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board.
