Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned seeking variance relief and any other approvals, waivers or variances deemed necessary by the Board. The subject property is located at 408 22nd Street, also known as Block 124, Lot 22, and is situated within the R Low Density Residential Zone District.
