PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, January 8th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Union City Zoning Board at the Union City High School, 2500 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Union City, New Jersey on the application of the undersigned for variance relief to demolish the existing building and construct a new three – story two – family dwelling. The Applicant seeks bulk "c" variances as to minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, minimum rear yard, and off-street parking, as well as any other relief, exceptions, waivers, permits and/or approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board. The subject property is located in the R-Residential Zone.
All documents pertaining to this application are on file at the Office of the Union City Clerk, Municipal Building, and may be inspected during normal business hours, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the City of Union City Planning Board.
