Union County Notice of Public Hearing Union County Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 10, 2026 beginning at 5:00 p.m., at 203 W. Main Street Union, SC in the Meeting Room. The public is invited to attend. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment prior to 3rd Reading of the following Ordinances: Ordinance No. 410: Authorizing the Sale and Conveyance of Certain Union County-Owned real property located at 105 B Street (Tax Map No. 027-06-03-010.000) to the Town of Jonesville.; and other matters related thereto. Ordinance No. 411: Authorizing the Conveyance of Certain Union County-Owned real property located at 1401 Furman Fendley Highway (Tax Map No. 055-00-00-024.000) to Spartanburg Community College or The Spartanburg County Commission for Technical and Community Education; and other matters related thereto. At the public hearing, all taxpayers and residents of the County and any other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the Ordinances.
