Case No.: 25-30003 Chapter 11 NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO OVERBID FOR PARKSIDE PLACE TO: ALL CREDITORS AND INTERESTED PARTIES Red River State Bank (the "Plan Proponent") has proposed a plan in the bankruptcy case of Parkside Place, LLC (Bankr. D.N.D. Case No. 25-30003) that provides for sale of RRSB's real estate collateral, the real property legally described as follows: Parkside Place Addition to the City of Watertown, Codington County, South Dakota according to the recorded plat thereof. Parcel ID: 9358, and commonly known as: 8 2nd Street NE, Watertown, SD 57201 (the "Property"). The Plan Proponent has received an offer to purchase the Property for $4,900,000. Any third party may also bid on the Property, on identical terms (excepting the price term), provided they bid $4,950,000 or more (such a bid, a "Third Party Overbid"). To be valid, a Third Party Overbid must be submitted in the form of a signed copy of the Purchase Agreement delivered to the Plan Proponent and an earnest money deposit equal to 10% of the proposed purchase price ("Earnest Money") must be received by First Dakota Title in Sioux Falls, SD, no later than August 3, 2026.
