Upper Lawson Fork Creek Large Line Cleaning and CCTV The Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District will accept sealed proposals for the Upper Lawsons Fork Creek Large Line Cleaning and CCTV Phase I project. The project will include CCTV inspections and line cleaning of approximately 10,240 linear feet of 12" and 15" gravity sewer lines. Proposals must be submitted to the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Engineering Group located at 297 South Ave., Spartanburg, SC 29306 by Thursday, April 9th, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST.
