PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has made application to the Byram Township Land Use Board regarding property known and referenced to as Block(s) 336, Lot(s) 3.16 located at 3 Camelot Drive, Andover, NJ 07821. The subject property is located in the R2 zone. The applicant is seeking approval to: clean property, create a trail by clearing out organic and inorganic material from the trail layout. There are lots of fallen trees and brush and rocks/boulders that make it difficult to move through the property. The applicant requires variances for : permission to remove dead material for disposal. Permission to use machinery to move rocks/boulders out of the way to have a lovely walking, running, and riding trail. This application is for a use variance for the ATV track not permitted in the zone, as well as any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals, or licenses that are deemed necessary and appropriate by the Township Land Use Board.
The hearing before the Land Use Board has been scheduled for October 2, 2025, at 7:30 PM in the Municipal Building, 10 Mansfield Drive, Byram, NJ. At the time of the hearing, or any adjourned date thereafter, you may appear in person or by attorney to present any comments you may have regarding this application. The application, maps, and related information are available for inspection at the Municipal Building, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM.
