The premises affected are 86 Lopez Road, Cedar Grove NJ - Block 305 Lot 40 in the R-8 Zone. The application has been put on the Secretary's Calendar as 2757 and a Public Hearing has been scheduled for April 14, 2026 at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 525 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ. At said hearing, or on any adjourning date of the same, you may appear either in person or by counsel and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application.
