VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing before the Village of Bath Board of Trustees on the adoption of proposed Local Law No 1 of 2026 and titled "Amending Chapter 74A of the Village Code of the Village of Bath Relative to Nuisance Points." LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and further pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath, New York, passed on December 15, 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on January 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred local law.
