VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing on the adoption of the Village of Bath 2026-2027 budget with a potential 5.76% increase in the tax levy. LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 5-508 sub-division 3 of the Village Law, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on April 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred budget. The intent of this public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027. A copy of the tentative budget is available at the office of the village clerk where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours.
