VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing before the Village of Bath Board of Trustees on the adoption of proposed Local Law No 5 and titled "to override the tax cap for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2026." LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on April 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred local law.
