VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing before the Village of Bath Board of Trustees on the adoption of proposed Local Law No 7 of 2026 and titled "Amending Chapter 80-3 of the Village Code to add a subsection C to exemptions stating Nor should this article apply to Pulteney Park during the hours of Music in the Park." LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and further pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath, New York, passed on June 15, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on July 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred local law. The intent of this local law is to Amend Chapter 80-3 of the Village Code to add a subsection C to exemptions stating Nor should this article apply to Pulteney Park during the hours of Music in the Park.
