PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday August 12, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Bellevue Village Hall located at 3100 Eaton Road, for the purposes of obtaining public comment on the following proposed governmental action:
Consider a text amendment to Chapter 500, Zoning, creating PART 500-2400 TEMPORARY MORATORIUM RELATED TO DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT. The purpose of this Ordinance is to create a one (1) year moratorium on the development of Data Centers in the Village of Bellevue, allowing time for the Village to draft and approve an Ordinance to regulate any such development through the Village's Zoning Code.
All interested Village of Bellevue residents are welcome to attend.
