VILLAGE OF BRONXVILLE PLANNING BOARD MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Bronxville at 200 Pondfield RD, Bronxville, NY on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 6:30pm of as soon thereafter as the proposed use of site 1 Elm Lane - a single story above grade residence. The proposal raises a portion of the back roof up to existing ridge to accomodate two bedrooms, a bathroom, a play area, and storage. The purpose of the site review is due to the fact that the FAR is increasing by more than 30%, although the total FAR is not exceeding the allowance for the property. Section 10, Block 1, Lot 4B A copy of the application for development, including the proposed site plan and all other maps and documents filed therewith, is on file and available for public inspection one week prior to the hearing on the Village of Bronxville's website: http://www.villageofbronxville.gov/286/Planning-Board under calendar, or by appointmen in person. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and will be given reasonable opportunity to present oral comments or written presentation relevant to the application.
