VILLAGE OF FRANKFORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING for the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Frankfort PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Frankfortwill hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. at theVillage Municipal Building, 110 Railroad Street, Frankfort, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Frankfort and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk's office, 110 Railroad St., Frankfort, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
