NO. 26-2025
The Village Board of the Village of Germantown, at its meeting on October 27, 2025, adopted Ordinance No. 26-2025, An Ordinance to Amend Section 8.02 of the Germantown Municipal Code Related to Responsibility for Snow and Ice Removal on Sidewalks.
A copy of the adopted Ordinance is available for inspection by the public in the Office of the Village Clerk at Germantown Village Hall, N112 W17001 Mequon Rd, Germantown, WI 53022 during normal business hours. A list of recently adopted Ordinances can also be found on the Village website at www.germantownwi.gov
