VILLAGE OF HILLBURN, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hillburn will hold a Public Hearing on Introductory Local Law No. 2 of 2026 on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:30PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Said Introductory Local Law No. 2 of 2026 is a local law to authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c. At the Public Hearing, any person may be heard in person, via teleconference or by prior submission of written comments regarding Introductory Local Law No. 2 of 2026.
