VILLAGE OF HILLBURN, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hillburn will hold a Public Hearing on Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2026 on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:15PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Said Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2026 is a local law amending Chapter 65 of the Code of the Village of Hillburn regarding "Animals" and the fines for violations of the Chapter. At the Public Hearing, any person may be heard in person, via teleconference or by prior submission of written comments regarding Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2026.
