VILLAGE OF HILLBURN, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Introductory Local Laws No. 4, 5 and 6 of 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hillburn will hold Public Hearings on the following Introductory Local Laws on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:15PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard: Introductory Local Law No. 4 of 2026 - A local law to amend Chapter 235 of the Village Code – Water Rates and Miscellaneous Water Charges. Introductory Local Law No. 5 of 2026 - A local law amending Chapter 125 of the Code of the Village of Hillburn prohibiting the discharge of firearms in the Village of Hillburn. Introductory Local Law No. 6 of 2026 - A Local Law amending the Code of the Village of Hillburn by adding a new chapter, Chapter 186 – "Removal of Trees". At the Public Hearings, any person may be heard in-person, via teleconference or by prior submission of written comments regarding the introductory local law(s).
