VILLAGE OF HORSEHEADS INVITATION FOR BIDS The Village of Horseheads invites sealed bids for: Supply and Application of Bituminous Asphalt Products Over Village Streets – 2026. Detailed bid packages are available at Horseheads Village Hall, 202 S. Main Street, Horseheads, or by calling the Village Manager's Office at (607) 739-5691. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Village Manager in Horseheads Village Hall, 202 South Main Street, until 10:00 a.m. local time on Monday, April 27th, 2026 and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects in proposals and to reject any proposals which, in the opinion of the Village, will not adequately answer the requirements of the Village.
