VILLAGE OF HORSEHEADS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Village of Horseheads Board of Trustees on Thursday, April 2nd, at 6:05p.m. at 202 South Main Street, Horseheads, NY regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Horseheads and Spectrum Northeast,LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communication. A copy of this agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Hall, at 202 S. Main St, Horseheads, NY. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in physically or virtually attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the Village Clerk's Office at 607-739-5691 to request such assistance.
