VILLAGE OF HORSEHEADS PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Village of Horseheads Board of Trustees on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, at 6:05p.m. at 202 South Main Street, Horseheads, NY regarding a draft Local Law on the Adopt-A-Park Program. A copy of this draft law is available for review on the Village website: www.villageofhorseheads.gov. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
