VILLAGE OF HORSEHEADS PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Village of Horseheads Board of Trustees on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, at 6:02 p.m. at 202 South Main Street, Horseheads, NY regarding a Draft Local Law Imposing a Temporary One-Year Moratorium on Data Processing Centers in the Village of Horseheads. A copy of this draft law is available for review on the Village website: www.villageofhorseheads.gov. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
