VILLAGE OF MAINE, MARATHON COUNTY PUBLIC HEARING CLASS III NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION AND DISCONTINUANCE OF PORTIONS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY OF NORTH 5TH AVE A/K/A SOUTH NAUGART CIRCLE A public hearing will be held by the Village of Maine Plan Commission and Village Board, at the Maine Municipal Center, 6111 North 44th Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin 54401, on September 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., concerning the proposed action to discontinue portions of right-of-way of North 5th Avenue a/k/a South Naugart Circle, initiated by the introduction of a Resolution by the Village Board of the Village of Maine pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1003(4). Said portions of right-of-way are legally described and depicted on exhibits that are available by emailing clerk@villageofmaine.org.
