VILLAGE OF MANTUA NOTICE OF COMBINED REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN-BUILDER The Village of Mantua, Ohio is requesting statements of qualifications with competitive, sealed proposals pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693(A)(2), from firms to provide design-build services for its Mantua Failing Bridge Removal & Streambank Stabilization Project.
