VILLAGE OF MARIEMONT HAMILTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Electronic bids will be received by the Village Engineer sent by 5:00 p.m. local time, on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 for furnishing all labor and materials for the Dogwood Park Tot Lot Project, a construction project including the addition of new playground equipment and reconfiguration of an existing play space. Contracts to be awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to federal laws and related acts that are referenced in the bid package. Contract documents, bid sheets, specifications and plans can be obtained by emailing the Village Building Department, Rod Holloway, at rholloway@mariemont.org. By submitting the bid, you are verifying the person submitting the bid is authorized to legally bind the company. As part of your bid, if advanced payment is needed (beyond equipment downpayment), a Surety Bond may also be required for the full value of the contract proposal and should be included in your costing per section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit all information outlined on figure C of the attachments. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Mariemont, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
